Hillhurst/Sunnyside Community Garden Project

Working within the Hillhurst/Sunnyside Community Association, Syntax members have developed a community garden for renters who live in our community. The garden provides growing space for twenty-four households for a nominal fee. The garden sign was designed by Cuban artist Umberto Peña during his visit to Calgary in July, 1989.
